A figure looks wrong

These come first. Send the page's address (URL), the inputs you used, the result you got, and — if you have one — the source that says otherwise. A confirmed error is fixed and the page's last-updated date moves with the fix. How we verify explains how figures are checked in the first place.

A tool doesn't work

Tell us the tool, your browser and device, and what happened. Please don't send the file itself — describe it instead (type and rough size). Our file tools process everything on your device, so we never see your files, and we'd rather keep it that way.

Privacy questions

The privacy policy sets out what the site collects and what it doesn't. If something in it is unclear, or you think the site does something it doesn't mention, email us.
