Blank scan pages, an internal cover sheet, a page of someone else’s notes — sometimes a PDF just has pages that shouldn’t go where the file is going. Type the pages to remove, and download a clean copy. Free, in your browser, with your original left untouched.
How to delete PDF pages
- Add your PDF — the tool reads it locally and shows the page count.
- Type the pages to delete — single pages and ranges, like
2, 5-7. - Click Delete pages, then download the new PDF with those pages gone.
When removing pages matters
The classic case is sharing part of a document without the rest: dropping the pricing page from an internal deck, stripping a scanned batch of its blank separator pages, removing a draft page before a submission, or cutting personal information pages from a statement before sending it to a third party. Because the remaining pages are copied into a fresh document, what you delete is genuinely gone from the output — not just hidden.
Delete vs extract — two sides of one coin
If you find yourself deleting most of a document to keep a few pages, flip the operation: Extract PDF pages lets you name the pages to keep instead. And if you need every page as its own file, use Split PDF. Rebuilding a document from pieces afterwards is what Merge PDF is for.
Limits and tips
- Selections accept any mix of pages and ranges, in any order —
7, 1-2works fine and duplicates are ignored. - Validation is friendly: out-of-range pages produce a clear message with the document’s actual page count.
- At least one page must remain — the tool refuses to produce an empty PDF.
- Size: up to 100 MB; encrypted files need their password removed first.
Private by design
Page removal runs entirely on your device via client-side JavaScript. Your document — and the pages you remove — never travel anywhere.
